Went for a bike ride this morning with my friends Kathy and Gil. It was great fun. Its so nice to be back on the bike. Perfect weather for riding. No wind (double yay) nice temperature not much traffic. We could only do a shorty as they had to get to church but we did a nice 10 mile quickie.
We are off to London's birthday party. should be interesting as its at noon and someone (no not me) will not be getting their afternoon nap. YIKES! Tonight I may need to break into the tequila!
