Sunday again

Wow time flies.

Didn't do a whole lot this weekend.  We had swim as usual then since our cable was out we watched Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs.  It was cute.  I had planned on taking them to the movies but the timing just didn't work out.

Today Gramma came over to watch the houligans boys while Judd and I took down the outside decorations and cleared/cleaned the garage.  What an amazing amount of crap we have.  And its not even all our crap, we have crap in storage.  But I now have a Goodwill pile and a Mommy's Board pile and a back to work pile.  In a couple of days Judd should be able to park IN the garage again.

Shermie is an eating machine.  He is going to have our tank cleaned in no time.  So far Anchor and Sissie have left him alone, he has grown a whole bunch since he's been in there chowing away.

We got the letter from the Paso school district.  I had to put in for an inter-district transfer for Logan to go to kindergarten over there (how is it possible he's nearly ready for that?) Coast Union (Cambria's district) approved the transfer so now we are on the board's agenda for Tuesday's meeting.  I'm not really certain why we would need to be there but we are supposed to go.  So I guess we get to go to our first school board meeting. 

Next weekend the boys have a birthday party to go to and boy are they excited.  Ronan has been carrying the invitation around.  Its looking a little ragged.  We've been discussing what we should get Parker for his present.  So far books, DVDs and new Lightning McQueen cars have each been THE present to buy.  I'm sure by the time we actually get to the store to purchase something it will change to something else.

Talked with Dad today to find out how they faired in the earthquake.  He said the house gave a good shake but no damage to speak of.  Got Mom up and heading for the door so it must have been still pretty strong out there.
