Its official, he's sick. He's very congested, fluid hasn't reached his lungs (great news )and he has fluid in his right ear, (no ear infection yet yeah) but enough that Dr B thought as course of antibiotics was in order. He's reasonably happy though. He was smiling and charming the nurses and Dr B, which is good, better happy sick than crabby sick. Poor guy got the short end of the health stick. He's 4 months old and is on his 2nd round of antibiotics. We sure lucked out with Logan. This is his first real illness, even teething didn't bug him until his molars came in. I shudder to think of how Ronan will be.
And on a lighter note score one for our local market, The Cookie Crock. My friend Nic sent me a link to stores that carry Horizon organic products so that maybe I could find a store that carried the single serve milks. I was grousing to her about our local Costco not carrying them (thats where she gets hers) and she said that they supposedly will special order in them if you ask. So I thought ok I could try it anyway, then (insert light bulb above head here) I thought "why don't I see if the Crock will do it, they carry Horizon stuff" So I called and they said Sure! So next week one case of reduced fat single serving milks are coming home with me. YAHOOOOOO. When I pick them up I'll ask if they can make it a standing once a month order for me, that would totally rock!
Also Logan has not forgotten the Dammit. Today while we were waiting to get out of the intersection I hear "damit" from the backseat. Guess its a good thing I didn't say something worse, like the F word!
