To My Son,
I hope you know how much I love you so,
I might embarrass you from time to time
By giving lots of love and needless kisses,
But you need to know Mom loves you so,
Before you were born I didn't know just
how much I would love you so,
But when I looked into your eyes for
the first time,
I felt my heart grow and grow,
A Mothers love is hard to explain,
Not everyone will feel the same,
Now that you are getting older I felt
the need to tell you,
Just how much I love you so,
Time may pass day after day or year
after year,
But the love I have for you grows
nearer and dearer to my heart each
day and year,
To My Son I hope you know just how much
I love you so.

I love you sweet boy. I love watching you learn new things and dance and fight and play. I love seeing you get so excited over silly things. I hope you are always so full of love and happiness.

When God was doling out all the ingredients to make you, Logan, he put in only the finest. He gave you sparkling blue eyes, long dark lashes and blonde hair which will probably turn to brown one day. He gave you gentleness, kindness and a loving spirit. In you, he put a little bit fancy and a lot of logic. He added just enough magic dust for you to take wonder and awe in all you see and learn. He gave you tons abilities we have only just begun to see. You bring such joy to me as your grandmother. You may never understand what a special place you hold in my heart but it is there. A little light tucked into a corner of my heart where I keep all things bright and beautiful. I love you, Sweet boy, have a wonderful birthday. I hope this year, you let them sing!!!
