Logan came down with something Sat. He had a raging fever and slept most of the day and night. He woke up around 9pm and promptly sucked down some juice and water which just as promptly came right back up!
Sunday the fever was down but still there and he tried some toast and water and no go. I got him some pedialyte pops and he did manage to keep one of those down and then later some water.
We stayed home Monday and he ate and drank and you'd never know he was sick. Then about 6 when we decided to watch a movie he asked to lay on me and again was burning up. He went to work with me today and slept most of the day. He has had some water, a yogurt drink and a little ice cream. He's still really hot. He'll come to work with me again tomorrow.
We took Harley to the vet today. She has been steadily losing weight and drinking alot of water. She was diagnosed with diabetes. GREAT! We are switching her to a high protein low carb diet to see if that will regulate her. I cannot see trying to give her insulin everyday. But we'll see
anyone have any GOOD news?
