Today Ronan participated in his 2nd St. Jude's Trike a thon. They have been studying bicycle safety all week and he can tell you ALL the rules (and at top volume as well)

Everyone repeating the 4 rules
After two laps, it was time for a snack. That riding stuff is hard work.
After another 2 laps he had to stop for another snack and when he prepared to climb aboard for laps 7 and 8 he was taken out by a rampaging big wheel. Has a bit of road rash on his elbow and he said "I don't want to ride anymore" so we watched.
