Halloween Hijinks

We started off our Halloween activities with a little fun and games at the gym. Of course the only thing they participated in was the scavenger hunt and only because they got candy... and vampire teeth.
Then we decided to hit the hot tub
and the pool

The following weekend.  The 27/28th we had tickets to a member event at the Aquarium.  We stopped at Earthbound Organics Farm for a little bit of fun.  We hit the corn maze
Oh no, we went the wrong way!
Where the fork are we going?
Then we walked the Labyrinth.
checked out the tipi in the kids garden
Then they had to try jumping off the hale bales
and play in the corn box.  Hey there is corn in my sock!

We then headed to the hotel.  We like staying at the Portola.  They have a kids program called the Portola Pirates Program and each time you stay you "level up" and get free stuff.  This time we qualified for free tickets to the My Museum.  And right next door is a candy shop....

Hey there is a stormtrooper in there!
wait is that Spongebob?
Look its Yoda!

It was pretty fun.  They got a good amount of candy and had fun checking everything out.  There was a dance area and magicians and stilt walkers and photo booths.  Then Sunday we hit the museum.

gotta love after Halloween sales.  We now have a supercool Batman mask.
We went down the park in Paso to trick or treat.  They lasted about an hour and were done.  They traded me the excess candy (they got to keep 14 pieces) for lego sets so they are pretty darn happy.
