November is off to a rocky start

Last Sunday I got a call from my dad that my sister had died. It was weird to say the least. If he had told me she had died of an overdose or drunk driving or something along those lines it would be easier to accept I think. But it appears she died of complications from pneumonia of all things. I spent so many years being angry at her for throwing her life away and hurting my parents its hard to deal. I guess basically I just feel numb. And then we found out Judd's brother is suffering from congestive heart failure. He was admitted to the ER thinking he was having a bad asthma attack only to find out otherwise. So he was in the hospital a few days to get all the fluid out of his lungs and now hast to completely turn his life around. Diet, exercise all of those things we all should be doing but don't. Its possible he may need a transplant. So needless to say its been a very stressful week. The boys and I will be going up to Dad's on Tuesday. Judd will come up later. The service is on Thursday. Its our big semi-annual sale so Judd will only be able to be there for the service then have to leave. It seems my half brother and sister and assorted cousins will also be coming. We had talked about having a family reunion in 2013, looks like we will be having it early.
