Well it wasn't nearly as bad as I feared.
Yesterday afternoon was Logan's first day of swim lessons. They are semi-private. There were 2 other kids, a boy and a girl. The girl was the only one willing to swim. The other little boy was FREAKED. He was screaming hysterically. I told Logan that he had to put on his swim clothes but he could sit and watch this time if he wanted.
So he sat on the bench and watched Ali (the little girl) swim and REALLY wanted the beach ball she was playing with. I told him the ball was for the water and if he wanted to play with it he had to get in.
The pool was great for beginners as it has several steps for them to sit on and get used to it. So after about 15 minutes he decided the ball was worth it so he went down as far as the 3rd step and we tossed the ball back & forth. Right at the end of the lesson he started following along and showing off his kicking skills and of course when it was time to go he had to be pried out of the pool. So hopefully Thursday will go better.
On another note Ronan has stayed in his crib for 2 nights. however he has NOT slept that well. Don't know whats going on but he is restless and waking every 2-3 hours. If you leave him alone he cries but if you go and give him his paci back he will lay back down and go to sleep. Can't win with that kid!
Have Bunko tonight so I get to go play with the grownups and eat lots of chocolate. I refuse to feel guilty for eating crap when its Bunko night! (even though it doesn't help me lose the 25 pounds I need to lose!)
