Well I'm amazed we have anything left to burn. Santa Barbara is currently on fire AGAIN.
More evacuations. More loss. Its been so windy too, so that makes it worse. Haven't had any overflow here with ash or smoke yet. Hopefully they can get it contained soon.
Celebrated with Uncle Clay last night. We went to sushi. Ronan was game to try a California roll. He liked the little roe eggs on top and the rice and the inside but didn't care for the seaweed. Logan took one look and hid under the table. He wouldn't even eat the edamame or soba noodles. Ronan had a little of everything but raw stuff. (I don't go there either!)
Only 4 weeks till the big ride! I can't believe it. It seemed so far off and now its right around the corner.
