Where does the weekend go?

Already the weekend is waning. Bummer.

Yesterday we played soccer. Logan did really well. He actually interacted with Coach Sammy and kicked goals and ran the length of the field. Ronan, however, was more interested in wandering all over the place.

After we got home, Ronan went to take a nap and Logan and I headed over to the Ranch to do some bike riding and walking. He still doesn't like to go downhill and refuses to use the brakes unless he is on flat ground. He rode about a mile, then we put the bike away and walked the whole length of the bluff trail which is about 2 miles round trip.

On the way back we pretended to be Snot Rod from the Cars movie. We'd be walking and Logan would go "ah ah ah chooo" and we'd take off running. It was pretty funny. I'm sure the other walkers thought we were nuts.

Today we had group swim with Ronan. Its just a chance to play in the pool and practice what he's learned. We sing silly songs and goof off, then we went out to breakfast. Came home and made some cookies then it was nap time for everyone and now its time to wind down after dinner. And back to the grind tomorrow... sigh.
