Got Logan's Kinder Kamp registration yesterday and today he went for his 5 year checkup.
He is still a moose. 49 pounds (90%) and 46" (96%). He had to get 3 shots and was very brave. I thought for sure it would be complete and utter melt down time but he sat there and grimaced but by the 3rd he was definitely done. He started to tear up and said OWWWWWW. Then he said "mommy would you hold me 'cause that really shocked me" . So we sat a bit and I held him and Dr. B came and let him choose a lollipop (sugar free) On that note what the heck is it made of if its sugar free?
Anyway he passed the vision and hearing tests and was actually engaging in conversation with Dr. B. He usually gets all shy guy.
He was MOST disappointed when I took him to school. I think he figured he'd get to stay with me all day. So he was not so happy when I dropped him off.
So now I just have to drop off his physical form and updated shot records and the sign up for kamp and we'll be official.

Every child wants time alone with his mother. Judd used to heat the thermometer on a lamp and then bring it to me saying he had a headache...and a fever. Sometimes, I let his little game work and he got to stay home with me on my day off. lol
