4 pints of Peach and 5 1/2 pints of Plum jam. Still don't quite have the pectin amounts right as sometimes its thick and sometimes not but tastes good anyway.
I was amazed at the sticky mess I made however. My kitchen is only about an arm's length from one counter to the other and the stuff was everywhere. Is is really physically possible for it to hop from one counter to the other? Yeesh. Its not like it was at a roiling boil or anything and I didn't move the spoon or other utensils to the other counter. Its a conspirary I say!
It felt very much like a sauna in here afterwards. My plants sure perked up though!
Wonder what I'll be making next weekend? We have about 4 more weeks of market baskets left.
