Graduation and more camping

Another milestone passed!

Ronan graduated from the Children's Academy on August 18th 2012.....

I think he is a little excited!

This is actually the 2nd time he has donned this outfit.  He stood in for Logan when he graduated because Logan was too chicken.

He's acting all embarrased as Tammy was telling the story of how during his first week at school he had an incident (aka accident) report every.single.day.  He also holds the record for most incident reports ever.  Nice...

We then went back up to Lopez Lake to continue our camping adventure.  Adventure it was as we decided we were going to try and put up our handy dandy screen enclosure and found out after about 15 minutes of struggling with it, that we had the forkin thing inside out.  Once corrected it did indeed go up in a flash.

Ahem..... so we decided to go kayaking

I did all the work.  We paddled for about an hour and then the kids were done.  They liked going under the bridge as it made a really cool echo.

We went to the swim area afterwards and played on the inner tubes, then it was back to camp for a snack.  There was some excitement at the playground.  A 15 year old boy had broken his leg and the firemen, paramedics and rangers were all there.  Ronan had little sympathy as the kid was blocking the monkey bars!

Then this week he had graduation from preschool/daycare at Leslie's

The 3 graduates.  Paige and Ronan started there at the same time when they were about 14 months old, then Ronan left for the Children's Academy.
