Sigh

my posh work at home life is over.....
Darn, I can't really complain I had over two years of it. Time to move on.

Over the weekend we cleared out the office that will be mine over in the warehouse. It will be nice to have adult conversation on a daily basis as well. I'm going to take my bike and trailer over there and on the days when Judd & I commute together I'll ride over and pick up Logan on the bike. Get me some exercise a couple times a week. BONUS!

We also discovered that Ronan's ezcema/rash thing is DEFINTELY made worse by his carseat (maybe thats why he hates it so). We were down at the shop and it was hot and I was feeling guilty putting his jacket on so I thought, what could it hurt for the 2 mile drive home. WELL about 2 hours after we got home his arm was bright red and by 6pm it was blistery and running. ICK ICK ICK. So we cleaned it up and put Aquaphor on it. Sunday morning it was on the mend. Dry but still irritated. This morning its just a red patch of dryness. Ugh. Good thing we picked up Logan a high back booster seat to graduate into. We will be switching the seats soon. I have a sheepskin liner to put in Logan's old seat and hopefully that will keep the skin contact to a minimum. If not I'm going to buy a new cotton cover and hope that works. Poor baby.

We also did some "back to school" shopping. We got Logan a new Lightning McQueen lunchbox, a light jacket, a cup and we still need to find him a pillow. WTH is up with Target not carrying baby/toddler pillows? Crib bedding, toddler bedding, lots of decorative pillows but no regular sleeping pillows. Umm HELLO?

Ronan slept for 7 hours last night. YES! Too bad I didn't go to sleep at 8:30 too! It was weird when I woke up about 3:15 I'm staring at the clock trying to get my sleepy brain to calculate the time, thinking "did I sleep through him crying?, naw there is no way I wouldn't hear him considering he is only 2 feet from my head!" So about 3:30 he actually started to wake up. I fed him then of course he was wide awake so at 4 we went upstairs and hung out for about an hour and then he fell asleep again so back to bed for another 2 hours. Hopefully this longer sleep is a trend (although I could totally do without the hour wakeup)

Each night is a new adventure!
