Bike Widow

Well Judd has left us for Interbike. The annual bicycle trade show. He left this afternoon and will be back late late late Friday. So I shall be playing the part of single mom this week. Not that its really all THAT different than any other week. Judd isn't home enough during the week to be of much help anyway. although he does watch the boys while I shower and get ready. I guess I'll have to shower in the evening when they are sleeping.
The sticky point this week is that it coincides with my monthly quilt group meeting and I've had this chocolate cooking class scheduled for months and of course they are Thursday and Friday night. So Gramma has stepped in to rescue me so I don't have to miss either. I'll have to leave work early on Thursday to pick up the boys and get them home and Friday she will pick them up for me. THANKS GRAMMA!

I was also supposed to bunny sit for Runty this week while her parents Tracy and Donna went to Interbike but Tracy just called to tell me Runty had passed. She wasn't doing to well, her lungs were filling with fluid and I was petrified she was going to die while I was watching her. But she was with Donna so that was actually good for both of them. Runty wasn't alone at the end and Donna was able to be there.

Baby K is sailing through recovery. She got to get all of her lines out and is back in the NICU. She's eating like a champ and generally doing great. Hopefully Heather will post that they will be going home soon! Yay Baby K - you the BABY!
