YAY ME!

Had a 6 mile training run yesterday and I did great. For me anyway took an hour and 25 minutes. Not fast I know but I ran 5 of the 6 miles! Hurrah! And I didn't feel like crap. Double Hurrah. The only bad thing was my new shoes gave me a blister. Not wide enough. Back to the drawing board. On a good note my ankles did not hurt nearly as much. I need something in between my two shoes. Sigh....

then I did my good deed of the month and signed up to be a bone marrow donor. And then I went to visit my friend Cheryl and her two adorable boys, Aidan and Owyn. It was fun just being able to sit and chat and compare the craziness of having 2 boys. We used to get together all the time when we each just had one.

Today I think we are going to hit the Running Warehouse and Costco. Its looking grey and dreary outside right now.

Ronan has a huge nasty bruise on his forehead. Boy keeps hitting it in exactly the same spot. I was a little scared he might have given himself a concussion because he hit it in the tub HARD! I expected blood but it was just a big goose egg. the swelling has gone down but there is that yukky bruise there. He is 'garbling' up a storm. Not much sense coming out but he's jabbering away. He has picked up "tiki tiki tiki" from Daddy (its what he says when he's tickling him" He was playing with Harley, poking the feather toy under the baby gate at her and going "tiki tiki tiki" it was pretty funny.
