5 am

Well I have been getting up at 5 am to go to the gym to run and I can honestly say there is not a whole lot of redeeming qualities to 5 am.

Its dark, its cold and its TOO EARLY!

But I will say on the plus side the gym is empty so no one can see my red-faced, panting lard butt on the treadmill!

I've managed to run for 7 whole minutes (in a row mind you!) now I just need to add a few hours to that and I'll have it made. We have a 4 mile training on Sat so I'm going to see if I can do one 10 minute run and then go back to my run/walk ratio. Last week I ran with another lady and we alternated between run 1 min, walk 1 minute and run 2 walk 2. It worked out pretty good.

On a high note I did receive confirmation that Logan may now move up to the "Primary" class when school resumes on the 25th. they are closed next week for cleaning and painting and whatnot. He has had ZERO accidents at school and even went into a (gasp) strange restroom when we were at the park.
Next week Logan gets to spend the whole week with Grandma. We've been calling it Logan and Grandma's big adventure. He keeps asking me if its adventure time yet!

Next week Ronan's regular provider returns from her 4 WEEK vacation. I'm going to tell her we won't be returning. Not looking forward to that. He really likes where he is now and he just seems happier. Not that he was unhappy before but now when I pick him up he is outside playing instead of inside eating or watching videos. He also gets very excited when I drop him off because of Luna (the dog). She is the sweetest, gentlest dog ever. He pats her (read bangs on her with the flat of his hand) and gives her kisses. Its just too cute.

So next week should be interesting to say the least.

That is wonderful about getting to the gym..although I can't imagine that going at 5 am is fun to wake up to..but once you are there, I am sure it is great!
Good news about Logan being able to move up the ladder in the no pullup room! That is fabulous!
Also, good news about Ronan loving his place he goes to now, vs staying inside 24/7. I know it will be hard to say that you aren't coming back, but I agree with you on him loving the new place..especially if he gets to go outside and have a bit more fun.
