Boy where does the time go?
Had our 2nd training yesterday a 4 miler. Made it in 50 minutes. My run portions are sloooowwwly getting longer but still no where near a whole mile yet. I was laughing watching the Olympic marathon last night they made the halfway mark at a tad over an hour. More than twice as far and twice as fast as me. hahahahhahaha oh boy what have I gotten myself into?
Took Logan school shopping Friday afternoon. He needed some new shoes and we ended up getting a new backpack too. He REALLY wanted some white and pink Dora tennis shoes but I convinced him to just get plain white ones instead. He got a Lighting and Mater backpack (with wheels!) which he insisted on wheeling out of the store. It COULD NOT go in a bag.
Yesterday after training I took the boys to the park and we played some soccer and swung and slid and had a fun time. I guess Logan was a terror during the morning while I was out training. He ran Ronan over with the bike and either pushed him down or hit him with something as he ended up with a huge bloody lip. He told me at the park he'd been having a bad day but it was all better now. His newest thing is when you ask him about something he did wrong his response is "dont talk to me" in a very low gruff voice. I got that when I was trying to ask him about how Ronan got his bloody lip. So he knows he did something wrong.
I think I'm going to keep Ronan at the new place if she has room for him. I don't want to bounce him around and he has so much fun there. He gets really excited when we drive up. Lots of things for him to climb on and a GIANT sandbox and he gets to be messy and dirty and be outside. So I really hope she has space.
Today we are going to try and hit the Fiesta down at the church. Have some tamales and see if Logan will go in the bounce house. They have lots of games and food and its a fundraiser for the church.
I have a bunch of pics to upload/download but Logan is pestering me to Play my game Mommee so I'm being booted off my own computer.

Must totally be a toddler thing. I also get the "Don't talk to me" when he has done something he shouldn't have..or even worse..or when he is being naughty, or getting into something he isn't supposed to be doing, he says.."Don't look at me!"
Funny how boys can be alike..and thankfully..how normal it sounds! LOL!
The fiesta sounds like a total blast..hopefully he will love the bounce house and have some fun!
Have a great day Jeanna!
