5 miles

Today. I even ran some! Well more than some but definitely not 5 in a row. I'm up to about 15 minutes of continuous running which is only a tad more than a mile at the speed in which I run. I did take a wrong turn and have to backtrack so I actually did a about 5.25 miles. I could have gotten back to the starting point since I knew where I was but I figured that would be cheating since it was shorter so I went back. How good am I? I'm wondering if I will ever make it more than a mile. Thinking that I'm going to be running for 4 hours just floors me. its only about 2 months till this event. Can I do this?

Logan made it through the night dry. In UNDIES! I asked him if he wanted a diaper or stay in his undies and he said undies so we gave it a shot. He's been getting up at like 4 and getting into bed with us. He has developed a fear of the dark. Well not really a fear but now he needs the shade up so the moonlight comes in, a nightlight and the door NOT closed. Not sure what it up with that. So I got up this morning to go train and he was still sacked in our bed. I thought "boy hope he wakes up if he needs to pee or Judd is going to get a BIG surprise" but he stayed dry so thats good.

Not sure if Ronan is teething or getting a cold. His nose has been running (clear) and he's coughing a bit but that might be from the constant snot. He seems pretty happy enough. He's been pretty restless at night the last few nights (not great for getting up early to train)so we shall see if anything appears in his mouth in the next few days.

Well my friend Heather went to the specialist. It was not good news. There is definitely a problem and more than one. So the baby will need surgery pretty much right after she's born. They scheduled her induction date and she is to rest rest rest until then so baby can cook a bit more before being born. Its scary and I hate that there isn't anything I can do to help out. But on the positive side the BEST doctors will be doing the surgery so I know she will be in good hands. So again, if you will, send up a little prayer, blessing, good karma or whatever for her and her family.

Oh and I talked to my mom and dad today and mom's first surgery went well. She can now see the TV without her glasses. Still will not consider the 2nd one but one can hope she will see the light and have it done. She has to put some drops in her eye for about 3 weeks but after that all should be well with it.
